I am excited for you along your journey. Allow me to be a sense of motivation and encouragement to you on this beautiful day. Did you know before the invention of modern-day medicine, nature was the cure to many viruses and degenerative diseases? Much of the virus exposure that we see today is man made in the chemistry lab. Now that we are in 2020, everyone is wondering what Corona Virus is and how do I protect myself from this lethal weapon. All households have been exposed COVID at this point. Diet and exercise is essential

We must be mindful that rigorous exercise is a form of physical stress that lowers our immunity, then rebuilds itself. At this time, I am not a fan of exercise, until this has passed.

-Gluten Grains, Soy, Dairy removal will strengthen a build a healthy immune system

-Pomegranate Juice, Blueberry Juice, Tart Cherry Concentrate, are great cell protectors.

-Consuming grass-fed grass-finished beef, organic pastured chicken, wild caught deep ocean fish are all great immune boosters. (If vegetarian, there are a variety of meat alternative options.)

-Consuming Chinchona bark (quinine) tea or capsules will protect the cells and help with symptoms of Covid 19
