O.k. I get it, You absolutely enjoy eating Popcorn. For some individuals popcorn causes weight gain a hormonal imbalances.

Did you know popcorn are the seeds of grass? Seeds of grass are classified as estrogens.

Finding a healthy balance is the key NOT deprivation.
