Let me share my story

Hi,
Very nice to meet you. The photo that you see above is 2.5 years post pardum. Yes! I have a 2 year old daughter.
Let me be very brief. I have been gluten free, dairy free, and soy free for 10 years and have not cheated. The reason why I am able to stay disciplined is because I inherited the right mentality and lifestyle. I eat this way to be medication free and also be a great example to my daughter. I am not on any medication because my diet is highly anti-inflammatory. For the most part, the foods that I eat on a daily basis are not bland. The foods that I eat, with all due respect is the best tasting food on the planet. You will not find my recipes in your google search. Im an advocate of using fresh herbs and fresh seasoning.
When I first went gluten free 10 years ago it was a pain in the butt. Unfortunately, I was lost at that time. I got in the kitchen and learned how to cook. Since then, I have not looked back. I want to share my 10 years of experience and gift with you, So, don't be afraid to invest in yourself.
Some of the pros of going gluten, dairy, soy, free has allowed me to get the body I always desired. My daughter was born into the world in perfect health, being free of degenerative diseases. What more of a gift could anyone ask for.

So here you have it in a nut shell.
Be whole and healthy my friend.. Most importantly, I want to encourage you to stay fit and whole. If I can do it, you can do it. Don't do it alone.

Sincerely,
Phriquizine Inc.
